Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
A limited number of tabletop exhibits will be available at the ARSL Conference. Close to 300 attendees are expected, representing all types of libraries internationally. Exhibiting in booths and sponsoring events will provide you with a face-to-face contact with customers and potential customers. Enjoy ample dedicated exhibits time with conference wide exclusive receptions, coffee breaks, and prize giveaways in the Exhibits area.
Each tabletop will include: 8 foot draped table and two chairs in exhibit area and your listing in the program
Cost per tabletop booth: $500 ($50 discount and additional benefits for ARSL Business Members)
Exhibit Times: 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 19 through 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 20.
No Conflict Times: Exhibits Grand Opening on Friday from 11:00 a.m. – Noon, as well as 3 scheduled 30 minute breaks and two 90 minute lunch breaks. Refreshments for breaks will be placed in the exhibit hall.
Hotel Accommodations: The Radisson Hotel, 500 Leisure Lane Sacramento CA 95815
Conference rate $105 per night single or double occupancy. Phone the hotel directly for reservations at (916) 922-2020. Indicate that you are attending the “Rural Library Conference” to obtain the conference rate.
Electricity/Internet: The hotel charges a one time electrical fee of $50 per table top for those who want electricity, and $75 per day for internet access in the exhibit hall.
