- In the Check Rates & Availability box select "More Search Options" link. This will give you a place to enter a PROMO Code = CASRLC.
Conference rate is good for 2 days prior and 3 days after the conference. However, the online reservation system will not recognize these extra days. Instead you will want to call (see above instructions). Reservations must be made by 8/28/08 in order to receive the special rate.
