Update on Ariel 3.0

RESEARCH LIBRARIES GROUP (RLG), June 29, 2001 — RLG is now anticipating a summer release of its new Ariel 3.0 document transmission software. BCR will still honor its upgrade pricing offer.

RESEARCH LIBRARIES GROUP (RLG), MAY 24, 2001 — Development of RLG's Ariel 3.0 document transmission software has been completed, and quality assurance testing of the software is now in progress. Version 3.0, with its complete set of new features, will be shipped in a single release. As soon as BCR is confident of a firm release date, we will notify Ariel 3.0 customers. RLG also will announce it on the ARIE-L discussion list.

Ariel 3.0 promotional upgrade pricing will remain available for 90 days from the release date. Meanwhile, when we have news to report, you'll find an alert at the Ariel home page and the full information here on BCR's Web site. RESEARCH LIBRARIES GROUP (RLG), APRIL 18, 2001 — Release of Ariel 3.0 has been delayed while RLG resolves a problem in third-party software used in the program. We have progress in diagnosing and correcting the problem and are working closely with the software vendor towards prompt solution. All Ariel 3.0 customers and Ariel distributors are being advised directly about the changed release schedule. As soon as possible, we will send them the new release date and announce it on the ARIE-L discussion list.
