BCR Board Elects Officers
AURORA, CO, SEPTEMBER 15, 2006 — The Board of Trustees of BCR (Bibliographical Center for Research) has elected officers for the July 2006-June 2007 fiscal year. The Board elected Sandra Barstow, assistant dean for Administration and Finance, University of Wyoming Libraries, to serve as president. Teresa Garrison, assistant director of libraries, Kansas City Kansas Public Schools/Kansas City Kansas Public Library, was elected vice president.
In addition to officiating at Board meetings, the two will serve on the BCR Executive Committee. They will join Melisa Nicoud, librarian, National Museum of Wildlife (Wyo.); Idaho State Librarian Ann Joslin; Greg Cotton, Technical Services librarian at Cole Library, Cornell College (Iowa); and Brenda Bailey-Hainer, BCR executive director and Board treasurer.
Meetings of the BCR Board of Trustees are scheduled for Sept. 22, 2006; Dec. 8, 2006; Feb. 16, 2007; and May 11, 2007. For more information about BCR, see www.bcr.org/.
