Prepaid Subscription Accounts

Libraries may participate in BCR’s prepaid subscription program by depositing funds with BCR for future services.  Libraries can join BCR’s prepaid subscription program from late May to the cut-off date near the end of July each year.

The prepaid subscription program provides libraries several benefits including:

• Discount – A discount on products and services purchased from deposit funds during the fiscal year.
• Simplified Process – Your business office only needs to cut a single check once a year for all products and services billed through BCR.
• Reporting – BCR sends monthly statements with invoices attached reporting services billed and the prepayment amount still in your account.
• BCR training credit vouchers - For every $10,000 in prepaid subscription funds your library will receive a voucher good for one person to attend a BCR workshop.

Libraries participating in the BCR prepaid subscription program help BCR better plan our fiscal year and continue to provide services to our member libraries at the lowest possible cost.

Prepaid Subscription Invoice
In order to participate in BCR’s prepaid subscription program, you must complete the Prepaid Subscription Invoice and return the invoice to BCR with your payment.

Complete the Prepaid Subscription Invoice with the following information (use your TAB key or mouse to navigate between form fields; use the "enter" key to move to additional lines within a field):

• BCR account number or OCLC code
• Date
• "Bill to" information (library name and address)
• Dollar amount
• Submitted by (optional for your internal needs)
• Total due
• Optional: Additional descriptions in the form field under "BCR Services" to itemize services purchased, if desired.
