BCR's Working Groups
We believe that collaboration is the key to successful digital programs. At BCR’s CDP, we have created a unique working group infrastructure that allows practitioners to harness the expertise and collective experience of those who have led the way in digitization and digital projects around the nation. By harnessing the wisdom of these experts, we are able to offer our members a wide range of thought leadership and guidance for their own digital projects.
Our working groups have collaborated extensively while creating numerous Best Practice documents. These documents are guidelines for determining scope, methods and tools for analysis when moving forward on a digitization project. Because they are the result of collaboration, they represent a wide range of institutions and experiences, and because the participating institutions are recognized innovators in the field, the collective wisdom is extremely valuable.
