Subscription Information

License Agreement
For new orders, you must complete, sign and send a License Agreement.  If you are a renewing subscriber for this product, there is no need to complete a new license agreement.

Additionally, each product has its own terms and conditions, plus pricing information.

Payment

Payment/Invoice
Do not send payment with your order.  You will be invoiced in the first two weeks of the month following the start of your subscription.

Purchase Orders (POs)
BCR does not require Purchase Orders.  If your organization requires you to issue a Purchase Order, please make the PO to BCR, not the vendor partner.  If you mail or fax a Purchase Order to BCR, please include information on the PO that BCR can use to match it to your Web order (e.g. school and district name, common and legal name of the library or university) and mark the PO "Confirmation Copy."

Credit Cards
BCR accepts credit cards.  In order to make a payment with a credit card, select "Credit Card" in the payment section and complete the required information.

Pricing and Quotes
Pricing for this product is based on the type of organization (academic, public, special, etc.), size of organization (FTE, population served) and geographic coverage of the data included in the product.
