Member News (December 1999 Action for Libraries newsletter) Gail Dow, Denver Public Library, was selected Librarian of the Year by the Colorado Library Association. Jerry Krois, assistant state librarian, Wyoming State Library, was elected to the Association of Specialized and Cooperative Library Agencies/State Library Agency Section Board as a member at large.
