Video Librarian magazine has selected the video, Going Home, produced by Lifestart Multimedia Corporation, as its Editor's Choice in the November/December 1998 issue. BCR, through a special arrangement with Lifestart, offers this new video and the video series The Baby System, which uses a realistic approach to educate about pregnancy from planning through birth and baby's first year, to libraries at discounted prices.

According to the magazine's review of the Going Home video, "Bringing home the bundle of joy isn't all it's cracked up to be, and it's about time to let fresh parents in on the secret... This comprehensive tape covers it all; sibling adjustments, the physical characteristics of babies, expected motor skills and sensory responses, mother's post-partum blues, dad's new role, bonding with baby, the resumption of sexual relations, newborn nutrition, breast feeding and formula feeding, nutrition for mothers, crying and colic, diapering, calling

for help and preventing burnout. The information is up-to-date and complete and well organized." Going Home is available to BCR libraries for $21 plus $4 shipping and handling. The Baby System Complete Set (four videos, four books, six audio cassettes and an interactive planning guide) is available from BCR for $99 plus $9.95 shipping and handling. Each book/ video set may be purchased separately for $21 each plus $4 for shipping and handling.
