The Third Indicator, BCR's technical memorandum, will soon be published mainly in
electronic format. The electronic version will continue to be available to all member
libraries at no charge. However, libraries wishing to continue receiving The Third
Indicator in paper form can subscribe and will be charged $30 for an annual
subscription of six issues beginning with the July/August 1999 issue.
If your library wishes to continue receiving The Third Indicator in paper, please notify
Jan Campau at BCR. The $30 annual subscription fee
will be added automatically to your library's July 31 BCR services invoice.
The electronic version of The Third Indicator is published on BCR's
web site
in the Publications section. An announcement that the new issue is
available will be posted on BCR-L, BCR's electronic mailing list, which can be
subscribed to on BCR's web site or by e-mailing a message to majordomo@bcr.org.
The subject line must be blank, then type subscribe bcr-l in the body of the message.
