Vernon Discount Available through BCR (November 1999 Action for Libraries newsletter) Member libraries can now obtain discounts from Vernon Library Supplies through BCR. Libraries can receive 13 percent off Vernon supplies and 5 percent off shelving and furniture. To obtain the BCR discount, libraries must refer to "BCR Discount" when asked for a bid number submitting their orders.
