CISTI Discount for Document Delivery Increased for BCR Member Libraries (April 2000 Action for Libraries newsletter) The Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Information (CISTI) has increased the discount BCR members receive through BCR's group contract. Orders placed April 1 and later will receive a discount of 10 percent off CISTI's published prices when the order is billed through BCR. The previous discount was 7.5 percent. If the order is paid for through OCLC's ILL Fee Management service, the discount is 20 percent.
