Brandau to Head Michigan State Library (March 2000 Action for Libraries newsletter) Christie Brandau, assistant state librarian at the State Library of Iowa, and vice president of the BCR Board of Trustees, has been named the new Michigan State Librarian. Her last day at the State Library of Iowa is March 1. She will take a few weeks vacation before beginning her duties in Michigan.
