BCR Business Office Excels
with New Electronic Report Offer

After receiving requests from staff at several member libraries, BCR's Business Office is now offering Account Activity Reports in electronic format via Excel spreadsheets. The electronic reports are available to libraries on a monthly or quarterly basis.

For a $20 fee per report (one account number per report), the spreadsheet will provide the same billing detail now included in BCR's Statements and Invoices, mailed to libraries monthly. The information, however, will be in Excel spreadsheet format that will be sent via e-mail on either a per-request basis or regularly scheduled monthly or quarterly basis.

If you would like to take advantage of this service, please e-mail your request to BCR's Darrell Vigil at dvigil@bcr.org. Provide your BCR account number, your name, telephone number and information regarding scheduling your receipt of the report (one- time, monthly or quarterly). In addition, list the month (July 2001) or quarter (July 2001 to September 2001) that you would like the report to cover. Please include e-mail address information if you would like the report sent to an address other than your own.
