BCR to Attend Oregon Library ConferenceBCR staff members are looking forward to attending the 2001 Oregon Library Association Annual Conference scheduled for March 28-30 in Seaside. This is the first time BCR will participate in OLA since the Oregon State Library became a BCR member in January. The state library's BCR membership is automatically extended to all Oregon libraries. BCR's goal at OLA: to show Oregon's librarians the many ways BCR can help provide their patrons with affordable services. BCR Executive Director Dave Brunell and Rosario Garza, manager of BCR's Bibliographic Systems & Services (BS&S) program, will be on hand to provide Oregon librarians with the information they need. Please stop by BCR's booth (#28) in the Exhibits Area to talk with them, ask any questions you have and pick up information about the numerous services BCR makes available to its member libraries, including OCLC products and services, discounted subscriptions to a large variety of reference databases and electronic books, library-oriented workshops (both in the classroom and online), Internet services and microcomputer hardware and software at discounted prices. See you there. BCR Publications | Table of Contents Comments to:
