BCR Now Offers Discounted Group
Subscription to CQ Electronic Library

The entire Congressional Quarterly Electronic Library is now available to BCR member libraries at up to 12 percent off list price.

CQ Electronic Library includes the flagship Congressional Quarterly Researcher, CQ Insider, CQ Public Affairs Collection, CQ Supreme Court Collection, CQ Weekly and CQ's Electronic Encyclopedia of American Government. CQ Researcher has received excellent reviews from Library Journal, Choice and other library publications.

The BCR annual group subscription for all CQ Electronic Library products runs from December 1 through November 30. New subscriptions, however, are accepted year round, and prices will be prorated to conclude at the end of the BCR group subscription year. (The $100 minimum fee is not prorated.)

This offer was negotiated after BCR member library staff reviewed several database services and told us that CQ was of strong interest. Please note that this group purchase applies only to the Web-based versions of the CQ products.
