BCR Trainer Authors Manuals for LibrariansMichael Sauers, BCR Internet trainer, has written two books that have just been published. He co-authored XHTML Essentials with R. Allen Wyke. The manual introduces XHTML, the next generation of HTML. The authors use practical examples to demonstrate how to apply XHTML quickly without having to become an XML programmer. Readers learn how to migrate current HTML documents to the new code and create new documents and applications that work on a variety of platforms. The how-to Web manual is published by John Wiley & Sons. Sauers also is the author of Using Microsoft Outlook: A How-To-Do-It Manual for Librarians. The manual and accompanying CD-ROM, from Neal-Schumann Publishers, guide librarians in better utilizing Outlook software to coordinate a wide array of services.
