Thanks to BCR Members

The BCR Board of Trustees and staff want to thank our members for responding to BCR's Customer Satisfaction survey. We sent out the online survey in November to identify changes and improvements members would like to see in BCR services. The survey covered everything from OCLC services, reference products and consortial pricing to invoicing and communications.

We received a good number of responses and appreciate your sharing your opinions with us. We are already working on changes based on what you told us. BCR staff also is contacting individual libraries to address some of the specific problems brought up in the survey.
