CISTI Discount Changes April 1

As of April 1, the discount BCR libraries receive for CISTI Document Delivery purchases will change. For libraries that choose to be billed through BCR, the discount will be 7.5 percent. Libraries that choose to use OCLC's IFM payment option will receive a discount of 15 percent on their document delivery purchases. Copyright charges are not discounted.
