Oxford University Press Expands ANB Online
The American National Biography (ANB) Online now includes more than 900 articles from the Oxford Companion to United States History. These new resources provide additional background and context on the major events and defining moments in U.S. history and explore America's political, diplomatic and military history, as well as social, cultural and intellectual trends; science, technology and medicine; the arts; and religion.

ANB Online is updated quarterly, with hundreds of new entries each year and revisions of previously published entries to enhance their accuracy and currency. ANB Online features thousands of illustrations, more than 80,000 hyperlinked cross-references, links to select Web sites and powerful search capabilities. Wilson Adds Content to Legal Periodicals Full Text Twenty-five journals have been added to H. W. Wilson's Index to Legal Periodicals Full Text, bringing the total to more than 1,000. The new journals expand the database's international scope and focus on a range of key subjects in law. Coverage of the new journals will start with their January 2004 issues. The 25 new journals will also be added to Index to Legal Periodicals & Books, an index-only version of the database.
