BCR's TravWeb Service
Enhanced for Easier Viewing
By Darrell Vigil
If you've logged on to BCR's free TravWeb Service to access your library's invoices recently, you
probably noticed that the Web page screens look a little different. On October 17, TravWeb underwent an
upgrade. The changes that took effect with the upgrade include:
- The Web site now uses frames. It is no longer
necessary to return to the main welcome screen
to access another feature.
- All data pages have green-bar styling for ease of reading across line items when multiple lines are
displayed.
- All data pages now have printer friendly options for generating a hard-coded list of entries. It is no
longer necessary to individually display and print multiple pages from the browser when a long
data list is displayed for printing.
- A search option is now available allowing users to search invoice history or open invoices by date
range, invoice number range or by purchase order number.
If you have any questions regarding the upgrade or if you would like to subscribe to BCR's free TravWeb
service, please see BCR's Web site at:

Darrell Vigil at dvigil@bcr.org or by telephone at (303) 751-6277/(800) 397-1552.
