BCR Ready Reference Collection Closes
as New netLibrary Collection Is Finalized

BCR's netLibrary Ready Reference Collection will be closing to new participants as of July 31. Take advantage of this final monographic purchasing opportunity that provides your library with perpetual access to netLibrary e-books at a fraction of the full cost of the books. As BCR closes the Ready Reference Collection, work is starting on several new sets of netLibrary titles. Details concerning the new collections will be available in the coming months.

The BCR Ready Reference Collection (formerly the BCR netLibrary Public Library Collection) is comprised of 3,040 reference titles plus 380 CliffsNotes titles. The CliffsNotes titles are unique since four simultaneous users are allowed access, versus the usual netLibrary one-book, one-user model. BCR's Ready Reference Collection titles span a variety of subject areas including business, career development and vocational guidance, consumer health, consumer law, homework aids, personal finance and investment and travel.

To add to the value of the collection, BCR recently added 410 new titles to the Ready Reference Collection. Current users did not incur any additional fee for the new titles. New users will still pay the participation pricing in effect when the collection was initially offered.
