Five Elected to BCR Board of Trustees,
One to OCLC Members Council

BCR member libraries elected four individuals to the BCR Board of Trustees and one
delegate to represent BCR on the OCLC Members Council. The 2003-2004 Board of
Trustees becomes official July 1, the beginning of BCR's fiscal year, and will convene its
first meeting in September.
BCR's newly elected trustees are:
- Melissa Nicoud, National Museum of Wildlife Art (Wyoming), special libraries
trustee.
- David Ellefsen, Elko-Lander-Eureka County (Nevada) Library System, public
libraries trustee.
- Teresa Garrison, USD #500 and
Kansas City Kansas Public Library, school
libraries and processing centers trustee.
- Sandra Barstow, University of Wyoming Libraries, at-large trustee.
- Cynthia Berner Harris (incumbent), Wichita Public Library, at-large trustee.
Maggie Farrell, University of Wyoming Libraries, was reelected as BCR delegate to the
OCLC Members Council.
The trustees were elected for two-year terms, while Farrell, as OCLC Members Council
delegate, was elected for a three-year term.
