Roth Lit Finder Database Renewals
The renewal period for BCR's Roth group subscription ends April 1. The annual subscription runs from April 1 to March 30. Current subscribers should renew before April 1 to ensure continued user access.

Roth's Lit Finder databases include Poem Finder, The World's Best Poetry, Story Finder and Essay Finder. Academic and public libraries should purchase Poem Finder, which includes Story Finder and Essay Finder at no additional charge. The World's Best Poetry, also bundled with Story Finder and Essay Finder, is designed for school use.

Current Roth Lit Finder subscribers will need to renew via BCR's Web order form. The form also functions as a cost calculator without obligating the user to subscribe. To access the Web form go to www.bcr.org/reference/Roth/Roth-Form.html.

BCR members who are not now Lit Finder subscribers are invited to take part in a month-long free trial. Fill out the BCR Lit Finder trial form to obtain a user name and password at www.bcr.org/reference/Roth/Roth-Trial-Form.html. These are valid from March 1 through the end of the month.

Netlibrary E-book Availability Notification
It is now possible to have netLibrary notify you when a book that is being used by another patron becomes available. By following a few simple steps, netLibrary will send you an e-mail notification that takes the guesswork out of accessing in-demand e-books in your library's collection.

If the e-book you're searching for is checked out, select the request notification link and provide netLibrary with an e-mail address. When the e-book becomes available, netLibrary automatically sends an e-mail that includes the title of the e-book and a direct link to the e-book's summary page. From there, you either can check it out yourself or browse the contents of the e-book.

Further information and instructions on how to request notification can be found on the netLibrary Web site (www.netlibrary.com/help/notification.asp).

FirstSearch Administrative Module Supports Multiple OpenURL Links FirstSearch administrators are now able to add multiple OpenURL links to their institution's administrative module on a redesigned OpenURLs screen under the module's Fulfillment tab. This change is aimed at those librarians that use the ILLiad interlibrary loan management software and wish to link from FirstSearch to both ILLiad and an OpenURL server.

Link to WorldCat on FirstSearch from ExLibris' SFX
Libraries that provide access to both WorldCat on FirstSearch and SFX can now enable links from a range of OpenURL- enabled resources. By connecting to WorldCat via the ExLibris SFX link server, users may view library holdings in their region at their local library. In addition, users can view all the fulfillment features the library employs in FirstSearch, such as links to OCLC interlibrary loan, links to Infotrieve for document delivery and links to netLibrary e-books.

Subtype Limiters on OCLC FirstSearch Results Lists
Users can now see a dropdown menu for limit options for subtypes available with the Material Type index on the FirstSearch search results screens. This gives First- Search users another way to refine their search results and identify materials in the exact formats and content types they can use.

For problems or questions with regard to the OCLC FirstSearch service, online help is available on the OCLC Web site or users may contact BCR's Ann Schwab (aschwab@bcr.org) or Karen Graham (kgraham@bcr.org).

For questions or to subscribe to any reference database, contact BCR's Rosario Garza (rgarza@bcr.org), Karen Graham (kgraham@bcr.org) or Laura Chittivej (lchittiv@bcr.org).
