Next on BCR's Schedule

BCR's Ellen Fox, manager of BCR's Research & Development (R&D), is looking forward to traveling to Incline Village to attend this year's Nevada Library Association annual conference. The conference is being held in conjunction with the 2003 Mountain Plains Library Association conference November 5-8.

Fox is joining Eric Hansen, from the Kansas Library Network, to present a program on "Virtual Library Reference Services" on Thursday, November 6, from 9-11 a.m. Fox will talk about Colorado's new statewide virtual reference service, AskColorado, which went live in September. Hansen will discuss KANAnswer, the statewide online information service for Kansas that was launched earlier this year.

BCR also will set up an exhibit booth. Please stop by to ask questions, learn about the many services BCR has available to assist libraries or just to chat and get better acquainted. We hope to see you there.
