BCR Begins New netLibrary Shared Collection for Community Colleges
BCR and netLibrary are partnering to put together netLibrary titles for BCR's community college members. By purchasing into a shared collection, libraries are able to give their users access to many more netLibrary e-books at a very affordable cost. Selected specifically with the needs of community college users in mind, the collection will consist of more than 2,000 titles. Libraries that decide to participate in this cooperative purchase will pay a one-time fee based on their FTE count. For pricing and title list, see netLibrary on BCR's Web site.

Also, remember that the current BCR Shared Collection II will be closing to new participants on October 31. You can view a list of the titles in this collection by going to netLibrary section of BCR Online. The complete title list and pricing for the BCR Shared Collection Set II is available. You can get the OCLC MARC records for this shared collection at no additional cost. If you have questions, contact Laura Chittivej (lchittiv@bcr.org).

BCR's H.W. Wilson Group Subscription to Start
BCR and H.W. Wilson are collaborating to make a free trial of selected Wilson databases available to all BCR libraries. The databases to be included in the free trial are being chosen now and will be announced via BCR-L in September. If you are not subscribed to BCR-L, you can do so by going to www.bcr.org/publications/e-lists/. An announcement with complete details will be published in the October issue of Action for Libraries.

The free trial period will run from October 1 through November 30. Libraries will get 13 months of access (December 2003 through December 31, 2004) for the price of 12 months. And if you sign up for the free trial, you receive another two months of access at no additional cost. For more information, contact Karen Graham at BCR (kgraham@bcr.org).

WilsonWeb Databases Link to JSTOR
JSTOR, an archive of more than 320 important scholarly journals in 26 disciplines, is now accessible via WilsonWeb's WilsonLink service. Libraries and schools that subscribe to WilsonWeb and are also JSTOR participants, are now able to link directly to the full-text articles in the JSTOR archive via WilsonWeb's SFX-powered OpenURL linking technology. Contact Karen Graham for more information.

For questions or to subscribe to any reference database, contact BCR's Rosario Garza (rgarza@bcr.org), Karen Graham (kgraham@bcr.org) or Laura Chittivej (lchittiv@bcr.org).
