BCR Libraries Eligible for CCC Discount

The Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) earlier this year increased its Transactional Reporting Service (TRS) fees to $3. Because BCR member libraries have collectively purchased more than $10,000 annually in copyright permissions-processing fees and royalty fees, the CCC now is offering a special 67 percent discount to BCR member libraries.

Through 2005, CCC's $3 processing fee has been reduced to a $1 fee per-granted-transaction in TRS for BCR members that register to participate in this program.
