35th Annual ILL Conference
Scheduled in Colorado

Mark your calendars for the 35th Annual Colorado ILL Conference, "Bold Moves in
Boulder: Scaling New Heights in Resource Sharing," set for April 29-30, at the
Millennium Harvest House in Boulder.
Stephen Abram, vice president of corporate develop- ment for Micromedia ProQuest,
will deliver the keynote address, "Libraries: Been There, Done That - Post-Google
Library Technology Trends and Information Seekers." Other topics on the agenda
include upcoming changes to OCLC ILL, Association of Research Libraries cost study
results, intersection of collection development and ILL, desktop delivery and peer-to-
peer/circulation-based ILL.
The early registration fee is $75 per person, which includes lunch Thursday as well as a
continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday. After April 15, registration is $95 per
person. The conference rate at the Millennium Harvest House is $105 per night. To

On April 28, a free "Focus on Colorado" preconference will be held at the Boulder Public
Library. From 11 a.m-1 p.m., Brenda Bailey-Hainer of the Colorado State Library will
present the "State of Resource Sharing in Colorado." Lori Smith, SWIFT coordinator,
will facilitate a "SWIFT User Group" meeting from 2-5 p.m.
