OCLC ILLiad is an ILL management system that automates routine borrowing and
lending activities. ILLiad integrates borrowing, lending and electronic document
delivery in one interface. Come learn
how to:
- Save time and money by automating labor-intensive procedures.
- Eliminate labor-intensive paper files, including hand-written paper ILL requests.
- Scan, send, receive and process documents using the Odyssey electronic document delivery module, all from within the OCLC ILLiad staff interface.
- Track copyright using ILLiad's copyright tracking system.
- Provide a Web-based customer interface that allows users to submit interlibrary loan requests and track the status of their requests at any time of the day or night.
- Get extensive Web-based statistical reports.
