New Price List, Subscription Packet
Mailed to BCR Member Libraries

Directors of BCR member libraries should have recently received the 2004-2005 fiscal year BCR Price List and prepaid subscription packet.
This important packet not only contains prices for the new fiscal year for BCR products and services, but also provides information and the forms needed for a library to submit its annual subscription payment to BCR. By prepaying your subscription by the July 23 deadline, your library receives a 3.75 percent discount (based on an annual percentage rate) on products and services purchased from BCR over the next fiscal year (July 1, 2004-June 30, 2005).
In addition, your library will be awarded a BCR training voucher for every $10,000 prepaid by the July 23 deadline. Each voucher entitles one person on your staff to attend a BCR workshop free during the 2004-2005 fiscal year. We project that BCR will award more than $100,000 in subscription prepayment discounts to our member libraries this year, in addition to more than 200 free workshops (through the training vouchers). The training vouchers can be used not only to attend BCR's in-person workshops, but also our Web-based, distance learning sessions. If your institution has several vouchers available, they can be used towards setting up customized, on-site workshop sessions for your staff at your own library.
To qualify for the vouchers, however, your library's subscription payment must be received in BCR's office no later than July 23.
