Dewey Group Pricing Now Available
By Rosario Garza A group is defined as at least three libraries purchasing a combination of Dewey products with a single point-of- contact for billing and distribution of authorization numbers (for the WebDewey products) or the print copies. The group coordinator or organizer must sign the Terms and Conditions for the online products. Groups can subscribe to WebDewey or Abridged WebDewey only or to a mix of both. The pricing is based on the number of users in the group, which usually corresponds to the number of catalogers at a particular institution times the number of participating institutions. Additional discounts are available for large groups. The discount is off the total price based on the number of participating institutions. Discounts for the online products are as follows:
| Number of Libraries | Discount | |
| 20-50 libraries | 10 percent discount | |
| 51-100 libraries | 20 percent discount | |
| 101-plus libraries | 30 percent discount | |
|
Additional discounts on the print products are also available. Remember, shipping must be to a single address. The applicable discounts are:
| Number of Sets | Discount | |
| 1-9 sets | No discount | |
| 10-49 sets | 10 percent discount | |
| 50-249 sets | 20 percent discount | |
