BCR and Thomson Gale Maintain Current LitFinder
Pricing for 2005-2006 Subscriptions

For 2005-2006 BCR and Thomson Gale have agreed to offer LitFinder at current subscription pricing. During the last subscription year, Roth Publishing, which originally owned LitFinder, was acquired by Thomson Gale, provider of information databases for libraries.

Current BCR LitFinder subscribers should make note that February will be the start of the annual renewal and new subscription sign-up period. BCR's annual group subscription for LitFinder runs April 1 through March 31. The last day subscribers may renew is March 31. Patrons may suffer interrupted access if subscribing libraries fail to renew by that time.

LitFinder includes Poem Finder, Story Finder, Essay/ Speech/Play Finder for Public and Academics Libraries. K-12 schools may choose to subscribe to LitFinder for Schools: Poetry Only (which features Poem Finder for Schools) or LitFinder for Schools: The Complete Package (which includes Poem Finder for Schools, Story Finder and Essay/Speech/Play Finder).

The new BCR Web order/renewal online form will be available the first week of February. All subscribers must renew or enroll via the Web order form, which also functions as a cost calculator without obligating the user to subscribe.
