Ovid Life Sciences Expands with Full Text
Ovid has assembled an extensive list of full-text resources in its new Life Sciences Resource Center that include a wide variety of science
and engineering reference texts. Also offered is the new NRC Press Science Collection, comprised of 15 peer-reviewed journals, plus
monographs and conference proceedings, covering chemistry, environmental science and more.
BCR subscribers know that Ovid offers a significant collection of core bibliographic databases that give users research access to life sciences content in fields as diverse as agriculture, medicine, the environment and nutrition. In addition, they get the added value of Ovid's free full-text Database Links Packages as part of their subscription.

LexisNexis Congressional Features New Interface
LexisNexis has completed a major redesign of its Congressional interface that makes it even easier for users to search the database's more
than 200 years of congressional archives online.
The new search interface is more intuitive and user-friendly, and overall functionality has been improved. There are three options for searches: basic, advanced and search-by-number, and up to 3,000 documents are returned per search. Key new features are:
- Enhanced field searching.
- Availability of durable URLs.
- Searchable help forms.
- The ability to search through more than one collection.
For more details on the new interface, visit the LexisNexis Web site at: www.lexisnexis.com/academic/1univ/2005redesign/default.asp. For subscription information, contact BCR's Karen Graham (kgraham@bcr.org).
