BCR Libraries Rated Among Tops in Nation
BCR member libraies again were named amoung the top 100 in Hennen's American Public Library Ratings for 2006. That includes the Hardtner Public Library in Kansas, which rated first among the nation's libraries with populations of less than 1,000. Eighteen libraries throughout BCR's member states earned the honors in their population categories.
