Hillshafer Retires
Joyce Hillshafer, BCR's assistant director for Administration, is retiring after 28 years of tireless and invaluble service to the library community. Joyce's long and distinguished career was marked by her committment, support, creativity and continuing sense of humor with others with whom she worked. She was much appreciated as an advocate, mentor and friend and always had an open door and open mind.
On her departure, Joyce expressed her gratitude to those she has worked with both virtually and in person. "I have enjoyed working with all of the BCR staff, as well as so many dedicated library professionals."
