Prepaid Subscriptions Due at BCR July 21

July 21 is the deadline for libraries to submit their BCR annual prepaid subscriptions for Fiscal Year 2006-2007. By prepaying subscriptions by this deadline, libraries receive a 3.5 percent discount (based on an annual percentage rate) on products and services they purchase from BCR over the next fiscal year (July 1, 2006-June 30, 2007).
In addition, libraries that submit prepaid subscriptions are awarded one BCR training voucher for every $10,000 prepaid by the July 21 deadline. Each voucher entitles one library staff member to attend a BCR workshop either in person or through one of BCR's Web-based classes for free until June 30, 2007. Libraries that accumulate a number of training vouchers may use them to bring customized, on-site training directly to their staff.
