BCR's new conference management service is designed to help present a polished resource to communicate with attendees and exhibitors. Shift the burden of registration and payment to BCR and have more time to spend on more important conference details.
Handling all the minutiae involved in managing conference registration and payments can be complicated and time consuming. BCR's conference services include setting up online registration as well as making a variety of payment options available, including credit cards and invoicing. We compile registration information and provide it in an easy-to-use spreadsheet.
BCR Does the Work for You
As part of our conference management services, BCR will:
- Develop, host and maintain a Web site for one conference per year.
- Create the conference Web site based on a standard design package.
- Manage on-line registration with a variety of payment options (checks, invoice or credit card).
- Send out confirmation to registrants.
- Provide list of conference registrants.
- Answer e-mail and phone questions relating to the registration process.
- Provide additional conference registration support as needed.
- Provide additional services at an hourly rate (such as name tags, printed attendees lists, etc.).
- Customized services to meet the needs of your group or organization.
