In Memoriam

Beth Marie Quanbeck, former BCR Board member and library consultant at the State Library of Iowa, passed away suddenly on November 12, 2007.

She began her career as a research librarian at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and held positions as director of library development for the South Dakota State Library and assistant administrator at the Central Iowa Library Service. She earned a master's degree in information media from St. Cloud University.
