QuestionPoint Web Sessions Scheduled
Join OCLC to learn how QuestionPoint 24/7 reference services can improve the way you manage your entire reference service from a single interface. The session will cover how recent enhancements can help your library, plus:
- Provide round-the-clock support for your users without putting additional strain on you or your team, via the 24/7 Reference Cooperative.
- Localize the cooperative service so your policies are followed whenever participating libraries handle your users' inquiries.
- Position your reference service where your users are — on the Web — using front-end systems for communicating with users in a virtual environment (chat, co-browse, e-mail, etc.).
- Offer access to indepth statistical reports and customizable surveys.
