The FRBR final report was published by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) in 1998. The IFLA Cataloguing Section established the FRBR Review Group to enhance and revise FRBR as necessary. The Review Group's Working Group on the Expression Entity has prepared this first amendment to FRBR, specifically to section 3.2.2, concerning the definition of the group 1 entity "expression."
