OCLC Completes LC Subject Authority Files Upload
OCLC has announced that all Library of Congress (LC) subject authority files have been successfully loaded into OCLC systems up to and including the files of January 9, 2007. All are now available to Connexion and Z39.50 users.
The resumption of loading subject authority records resolves all the issues related to the temporary cessation of loading LC authority distribution files, as OCLC resumed loading name distribution files on January 2, 2007.
