OCLC Adds WorldCat Selection Vendors
OCLC has added Jean Touzot Librarie Internationale as an active WorldCat Selection vendor. As a worldwide French bookseller and subscription agent for more than 50 years, Touzot offers new title notifications, approval plans and a wide range of acquisitions services to libraries.
Its diverse services include online selection and ordering, EDI transfer, MARC record delivery and e-notifications for new titles published in France and other francophone countries. All book receipts, cataloging and online databases are based on professional review of materials at Touzot’s Paris bookshops.
In addition to Touzot, Aux Amateurs de Livres International, Casalini Libri and Harrassowitz are active WorldCat Selection vendors.
Also, Puvill Libros has agreed to partner with OCLC for WorldCat Selection. Headquartered in Barcelona and with offices in Mexico, Portugal, France and the United States, Puvill Libros supplies books published and distributed in Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Andorra and Latin America. Its services include monographic orders, subscriptions, standing orders, approval plans, USMARC records, new title services, book processing services and EDIFACT ordering and invoicing.
