New CONSER Standard Record Guidelines to Be Implemented
The Policy Committee of the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC) has endorsed the recommendations of two of its working groups, which have been developing a new standard for serials bibliographic records. The result, the CONSER (Cooperative Online Serials) standard record, will be implemented sometime after May 4, 2007.
