Greg Cotton, BCR at-large trustee from Cole Library, Cornell College, Iowa, will serve as Board president next year, while Idaho State Librarian Ann Joslin will take on the duties of vice president. In addition to officiating at Board meetings, the two will serve on the BCR Executive Committee. Other Board members newly elected to the Executive Committee are:

• John Pollitz, BCR at-large trustee from Oregon State University Libraries
• Gina Millsap, BCR public libraries trustee from Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library
• Iowa State Librarian Mary Wegner

Regular Board meetings have been scheduled for September 14, 2007; February 22, 2008; and May 16, 2008. For the second quarter meeting, rather than the full Board, the Executive Committee will gather at BCR's Aurora, Colorado, offices on December 6, 2007, with the rest of the Board joining in via conference call for a couple of hours discussion.
