Over the past few months BCR has undertaken a needs assessment of its members. During this process BCR evaluated the suite of products and services offered to libraries with a variety of measures including demand, volume, etc. In order to effectively serve all members with limited resources, as well as adjust to the changing library landscape and the emergent needs of libraries, BCR is making some changes. As an outcome of this process, BCR has decided to discontinue offering the following services listed below effective July 1.
