EBSCO Text-only Interface Soon to Be 508 Compliant
Users of EBSCO's text-only interface should note: new improvements to EBSCOhost are almost complete that will make the interface 508 compliant and bring expanded accessibility to visually and physically impaired users. However, you may encounter problems with your personalized folder in the text-only interface while EBSCO is finishing up the 508 compliant enhancements.
As a precaution, you may need to print, e-mail or save your results before you end the session because your personalized folder may not be accessible during the changeover. Please contact EBSCO support at (800) 758-5995 for additional help during this transition period. Soon text-only users will be asked to migrate to the EBSCOhost Web interface for all of their access.
Watch BCReview for the notice that ESCOhost has complete the full 508 compliancy upgrades. You will be reminded to migrate to EBSCOhost and will be provided additional information about what has happened to any personalized folders you have been using in the past in the text-only interface.
