Printing Labels in WorldCat Resource Sharing
Several issues related to misalignment of printing labels in the WorldCat Resource Sharing installation completed on July 8, have been identified by OCLC. Two fixes are suggested.
- For all labels (5160, 5162, 5164) — After choosing to format labels, viewing them in Adobe Reader and selecting PRINT, users need to confirm that page scaling is set to none in the Adobe Reader print dialog box. If any other setting is selected, labels will not be aligned to print correctly on label stock.
- Label 5164 — OCLC has discovered an additional issue with label size 5164. Even with appropriate page scaling as outlined above, labels are misaligned on 5164 label stock. OCLC has identified the problem, and the fix was installed on July 18.
