The Potomac Enterprise Manager will allow users to:

• Add, edit or remove slides and messages from one or multiple Potomac systems from a remote location via the Enterprise Manager admin console.
• Create groups of Potomac systems to enable a user to make the same content changes to multiple Potomac systems at one time.
• Determine whether a local administrator can or cannot make changes based on the central administrator’s preference.

Potomac is a technology solution designed to assist in the creation, management, scheduling and display of varied electronic information media formats. The system allows users to create messages and relay them through a TV monitor placed in their building.
