RLG/SCIPIO Database Records Migrating to WorldCat
As part of the OCLC/RLG transition, records from the RLG SCIPIO: Art and Rare Book Sales Catalogs database are being migrated to the WorldCat database. Any Connexion user will be able to limit search results to SCIPIO records. The SCIPIO database, like several other online databases available through the Eureka service, will also migrate to OCLC FirstSearch. The process of loading records is expected to begin in mid-September.
The SCIPIO: Art and Rare Book Sales Catalogs provides bibliographic access to auction sales catalogs from all major North American and European auction houses as well as private sales. For more information on the SCIPIO database, see the product brochure on OCLC's Web site.
