Rosen Introduces Customer Support Tools for Teen E-resource

Rosen Publishing has introduced several new, powerful, customer support tools for its Teen Health and Wellness electronic resource. These new tools include:

  • As a service to teens and caregivers, the Teen Health & Wellness national teen Hotline directory has been made available to the general public. Anyone with Internet access can get answers and contact information when teens need help.

According to Miriam Gilbert, Rosen director of Electronic Sales and Marketing, "Our editors have compiled and continue to maintain a list that covers over a dozen areas where teens may need help immediately — depression, teen pregnancy or school violence, as examples — with national toll-free numbers that any teen in need can use to connect to the appropriate agency." The Hotline directory can be found at: www.teenhealthandwellness.com/static/hotlines.

  • Subscribers to Teen Health & Wellness will now have the opportunity to allow their users to submit a question to online expert, Dr. Jan, for consideration and response.

  • As a service to subscribers, Rosen Publishing has also introduced a Teen Health & Wellness Customer Newsletter. This free, bimonthly newsletter gives Teen Health & Wellness customers the latest news on resource updates, marketing and programming ideas, insights on serving teen users, and more. See the inaugural issue at: teenhealthfiles.rosenpub.com/newsletter/0907newsletter.html.
